USPS3 - Marketplace Won't Load

It just says "Loading" and now I'm stuck - I tried pressing Start on the controller and Circle but no good.

Scared to quit game because when I log back in it's going to take forever to load.

It is probably due to the 11 hour PSN maintenance today:

Forced to quit game. Now I have to wait all over again.

Definitely won't launch the Marketplace again today.

Okay, completely forgot.

But, how come I couldn't exit out of the "Loading" animation? Never had that problem before.

And I didn't even want to buy anything I just needed to redeem some Legends characters I bought.

plz help iam on the PC and when ever i try to add funds i pick the steam payment and when i click it nothing shows up at the bottom theirs just a loading bar
