I had no problems all day on PC. When others started reporting problems a few hours ago, I could still login and queue without issues. I'm wondering if it's based on what part of the country we live in or something? I'm in the midwest/northwest.

It is odd that it only affects a portion of the population, though. There must be some variable those affected have in common.

I also hate it when you lose your hud. I call this one the hard hud crash and you can't choose your loot. There is also another type of hud crash. The soft wine. That one you still can chose your loot. The last week I have experienced the hud crash about 5 times a day.

If you're doing this rare loot weekend, then you should make replays free at the same time... otherwise it's not really giving us aything barr the chance to line your pockets... and we do enough of that by paying for full access and being screwed over with THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know about all of that....I love this Game, and have made great friends here with great luck on drops, I plan to play and be a member for years to come, and I'm adult enough to know that things need to be fixed, and that fixing them takes a little time. I for one am Happy to get rare drops easier, and looking forward to all the new dlc's coming out....TY daybreak Staff for all your hard work.

And no I'm not a new player..just thought I make myself notice in the community for once and try and get this game back on track. Especially I have spent a few thousand dollars on this game because I do enjoy it and would love to see this game make a come back and make a bigger come back if remastered....hint...hint...

Damn, just started playing a few days ago and loved the game. Was right on the edge of paying for membership, now that this happened and reading all these comments about how this is somewhat common is pretty discouraging lol.

More and more as I read post after post of people describing their issues, I am increasingly convinced the truth is that this is simply a matter of DBG not being willing to invest in the purchase, lease or rental of sufficient server power.

The problems seem most prevalent during high player population time frames, and they don't seem to conform to any discernable pattern - a software problem is replicable... the same conditions produce the same results, every time.

Hardware problems can appear to be intermittent... time outs during login because the server is overloaded with requests, lag in game, players being invisible to others in game, and almost ever other issue I've seen reported could all be explained by one thing:

lack of timely response from the server.

That in turn can also be explained by one thing - not enough server power to handle the volume of requests.

I found it very interesting/confounding that when the problems that arose after the re-install of Episode 23, we were told that "tools" to track down the problem had also been installed, and that they needed to essentially test on a live server because the test server didn't have the population to expose the problem...

...and then they implemented much tighter limits on the population...

Does anyone else think that is completely contradictory "logic"?

Occam's Razor - everything else being equal, the simplest answer is usually the right one.

    It's hardware.

They don't want to spend the money on proper servers.

Ya except for the fact that there have been some of the same bugs in this game for 4-5 years. Ya, takes time, be patient!!! Hooah!!

It's not that common at all, it's just been a rough couple of weeks.
