US Server Restart - April 27, 2016

  1. Mepps Sr. Community Manager

    The US server will be restarted at about 5:55PM PT to resolve a technical issue. Downtime should last about one hour.

    UPDATE @ 6:50PM PDT: The team is still working on this issue. Looks like we'll need at least another hour. We will continue to post updates in this thread as we have them to provide.

    UPDATE @ 7:50PM PDT: Servers are still down as the team investigates this issue. We do not have a new ETA to provide at this time.

    We are investigating the cause of this incident, and have chosen to restart the server now with a 30 minute countdown due to the number of players experiencing disconnects and difficulty logging back in. Any further details will be posted to this thread.

    I know the problem. The guardians are mad at lights damage so they want you to buff it real quick and it'll stop this wonkieness!

    This is getting SO old. My toons are stuck in their bases today and unusable because if I try to leave or do a Q mission I get stuck in and endless load screen. I've been unable to play on weekends since update 23 hit due to the constant crashes and now it looks like I won't be able to play on this "appreciation" weekend either....

    something like this happened a year or so ago on psn and servers were down for almost a week. I was po'ed. Now it is happening on PC. All the MMOs I have played you guys are about the must buggiest. I wish you get all your ducks in a row. I am pretty sure a bunch of people have been complaining about this all day long and now you wait to fix it.

    At least we beated SM round 10 and I got my Kryptonian chest before I saw the red message on dcuo for 30 minutes. lol Take your time devs. Thank you for the info.
