I doubt it, the Producer Letter mentions the upcoming stuff aswell. It was rough to get them to update it as originally it was Mepps' post. But would be good to know if they plan to replace it, or they will just stick to posting announcements when they're ready. Maybe Angeliana can chime in and confirm as she is in charge right now.

We have no idea how much effort went into bonus weeks. Maybe it was a few hours the day before to change rewards, and they would rather have those few hours focused on other aspects of the game, e.g. bugfixes and new episode features. I would prefer some communication about what their reasoning is for making them less frequent after years of releasing them nearly weekly. Even if it's something as simple as, "We feel bonuses should be just that, and having them on a weekly cycle dilutes the intent."
The visibility of that thread was most likely a dev only forum and since they turned mepps from a green name to a normal member, it directly impacted the visibility of that sub section of the forums. As a side note, they completely nuked Kikumod/MiguelDaybreaks account. It's just completely gone. This also removed all of his posts visibility from the dev tracker as his posts can still be found if visiting the threads he has been in. They sure have made some questionable changes on the forums. You can't even talk about that one topic anymore or you are at risk of getting banned on the spot.
