Hi, I just wanted to buy 1 month membership. But i didn't know that it would renew. After 1 month, i gave up playing DCUO. But also I didnt notice that i continued to pay money 3 more times. Can you give my money back? I am a student and need money. Please check my activity and if i log in even 1 time, dont pay the money for that month back. but i want to get my money back for the months that i wasn't active. please help me and still i cannot delete my credit card and still cannot stop renewing. help
You must press the button to cancel your membership before you can delete the payment method. Anything else you should ask the Daybreak Games support, but the terms of service in general state that the purchases are not refundable.
