UNHOLY MATRIMONY is currently unbeatable by me

Old thread, I know, but I have been through this raid what is now 22 times with some very strong groups and have never completed it.

Your "very strong groups" aren't very strong. There are mechanics to learn in order to beat each boss successfully. What makes this raid persistently difficult for people is that the mechanics in this raid remain strong despite the large cr increase we have. For example As a 175 tank you can easily get destroyed by standing in the fire pool in the 1st boss the same as a cr143 would.

Learn the mechanics stop trying to melt everything without using your brain.
1st boss: Kill the small bosses 1st, they are easy to kill. Watch out for the fire pools, they will damage everyone who stands in them and drain the healers.
2nd boss: Release one or 2 sidebosses at a time, let the tank pull them to raven. Raven will kill them but only when they have been injured already. Dont stand in the pools, it will spawn adds. If someone spawned many adds, use the cross to get the self explosion attack to 1shot the adds. Dont lunge Brother blood when he's casting a trap spell. It has a reflect shield and it will create a energy explosion and probably wipe most of the group. When the side bosses are dead, let the tank get his loadout back from the cross 1st. Then the heal, troll, dps. Dont be a stupid dps and get it before supports. Continue this until boss dies. Dont try attack from above or hide there because there are small adds that 1shot you. [ it happens]

Last boss: Its crucial to have your team layed out evenly across the room. This is because Purple circles will spawn on the floor, step on them asap. If the purple circles aren't stepped on, trigon gets buffed repeatedly. Careful though, the purple circles can kill if you step on 2 in quick succession, the purple mist on you warns you not to step on another. Which is why it requires teamwork and everyone[most] must contribute. Stop damage\attacking and roll away when trigon blows\sucks everyone in. If people attack him during that he will release a strong attack and heavily damage\ wipe the group. There is a small add that spawns and stuns the tank,kill it fast so the tank can play.

This is the essential information to beating UM easily. If you or your team dont know this, thats the reason for failure. It hasn't got much easier since cr143 because the enemies are 143 and our buff is non existent.

^^^Good advice above. This is one of those instances where everyone needs to be paying attention. Please note if you are standing where you shouldn't be, the healer can not save you.

wow. nothing in this game is that hard, when you know how it works. and don't think you can just, burn everything and win...um was a fun one for me!!! with the right group...

Whaaat? Fine? Wow well for the majority of xbox players I've ran thru this. Believe me when i say, ITS A NIGHTMARE. Mechanics no mechanics it doesnt matter its a one shot fest no matter what lol. But when you get stronger than the tier, itll be much easier for ya.
