Something needs to be done to this power in PVP phase. You cannot stop it unless you're stunning. They can keep doing it forever and it doesn't cost that much power. I couldn't kill a healer because of this spam and he had no skill at all. That is all he did.

Water's Dehydrate gotten hit. I never notice how hard it was hitting for because you need to build up your SC before you can us it's full potential. TS still needs to be changed in PVP phase. All water is TS, shield, AOE heal, TS TS TS, repeat.
