I was hoping for Double Wayne Tokens but we got Triple instead so I'm extremely disappointed that I have nothing to complain about in this thread because my expectations were met and exceeded... Naw just kidding, thanks Dimensional Ink for the bonus week and new rewards!!!
WB has ZERO to do with the Devs or anyone that works at Dimensional Ink, and there's no new DCUO on the way or any "superior" Superhero MMO on the way. You make the best with what you got. Meanwhile the rest of us will enjoy this round of rewards.
I want this stuff...and plenty others do too. Also, dropping new content doesn't happen at the snap of a finger. They already said we'll be seeing a new episode this summer, and another before the year is out.
Yeah cosmetics are important but this appeals specially to cosplayers, people who want to cosplay Kid flash represent probaby less than 1% of the user base... Sorry people aren't "wow a Kid flash mask" because they want some actual new features at this point 10 years into the game. I'm so sorry to bust this to you but you also have to suffer with a cheap lazy DC MMO.. so it not happening is bad for you as well, perhaps you didn't realise that.
I'm unaware of their exact structure all i know is that Daybreak aren't good enough, change devs or make a new DC MMO.. please. Look at FFXiv in comparisons to this, both 10 years old but that game actually looks good and is extremely popular whilst this one dies.
I don't recall seeing this mentioned. I saw "que up" but not a mention of missions(open world). Is that included? I'm sure it was an oversight as it included open world last time.
Why are you always acting like we never get villain styles? The drop and vendor gear in this episode are villain styles, the vendor gear from Long Live the Legion was a villain style, the vendor gear from Wonderverse was a villain style, the vendor gear from Birds of Prey was a villain style (although technically I guess Harley is an anti-hero these days), the vendor gear from Metal Part 2 was a villain style, the drop and vendor gear from Metal Part 1 were villain styles...etc. We get tons of villain styles. Clearly they're not ones you want, but don't come in here making out like we don't get any at all because that's simply untrue.
Sorry you feel that way, but Daybreak/Dimensional Ink isn't going anywhere, and nobody else is making a DC MMO. It is what it is, and I for one appreciate what we have. Doesn't mean I don't want more, but i'm not going to spit and curse at what I got...because the alternative is a heaping ton of NOTHING!!!! I've seen FFXIV...did nothing for me. Plus if that game were so great, why aren't people happily playing that instead of hanging around here like miserable ghosts??? Seems to me that despite its flaws, DC Universe Online has that flavor that just can't be beat. But enough of the pointless negativity. I for one am happy we're getting the long awaited Kid Flash cowl, as well as new materials, and more Casino chips to get weapons and accessories for my alts.
How exactly are you stuck here? Is someone forcing you to play this game? Is someone telling you have to play to earn money? There’s literally nothing stopping you from not playing
Who said that only kid flash cosplayers could use that style? How do you know you can’t mix that style with other styles. Just because you are limited to how you can put things together doesn’t mean others are too. And you clearly can’t understand what is being said loud and clear. WB has NOTHING to do with daybreak. They have no ability to change devs or change anything since they don’t own the game. Just because YOU are unhappy with the game doesn’t mean everyone else is. Quit. Play other games. It doesn’t matter. No one is forcing you to stay.
Why would you hope for something that happens a week or two before a new episode when there’s no reason to think a new episode is dropping soon?
I don't have an issue with the game or these mew rewards, so no it isn't bad for me, if you don't want to play then don't play. In that same vein, rewards don't appeal to everyone but they always appeal to someone, the additional rewards are also always loosely if not closely tied to the DLC in question. Kid Flash was a part of this DLC, so recieving content inspired by him, is equally unsurprising, we get it, you don't like it, if that's the case you can take the week off and not buy a thing, but don't act like there's not people out there that like these rewards, there clearly are and they're not "cosplayers" just because their preferences are different from yours.
What? A bunch of Aquaman slamming into your opponent? Bodies bouncing around with ragdoll physics? That's kinda messed up.
Is it possible for the design team to make a chroma that has 2 invisible/transparent (100%) channels so that the chroma only affects one channel on our costumes?
