We finally got a new tattoo skin - which I'm very excited for. Only downside, it's a collection reward again. I really hope it's not the rare collection!
I love everything no idea why peoples complain we got way worst at least you can do different style with that one The chest peoples waiting to do red X robin and also doing Bakugo from my hero academia for years with a suit with an X The back cmon chucky or a zombies survivor etc really you have no idea what to do with giant scissor on your back Shoulder with saw blade for style like Casey Jones from TMNT etc Glove look great for a military mechanic and you can put the tool different color to hide them The pant and feet will fit with lot of different styles The head you can put all same color and use mask to do a lot of different super The emblem will fit with Pirate/one piece style the tool can fit for mechanic etc Yes the tool still visible no matter the color etc but like always peoples will find way to use them anyway until we get a better version another time
Thanks @Eve for breaking this all down for us. That being said, I can see why the parent company might not want to be investing any more money in this game than necessary. The "creative" team spent a great deal of time on a dumb idea. I mean: A parody of a competitor's character that is already a parody of a DC character? Come on!
Yes we have swords as back styles. But 3 of those are the same Amazon back style reskinned with different textures. People have been asking for sword styles like 2 katanas in the back. Or the combo Katana Wakazashi like Storm Shadow. Or the 2 swords like the Witcher. And More!!!!!. Silly is fine for Seasonals like Valentine... Halloween... and More!!! But for Time Capsules??
Fan Service is what makes money. But does non fan Service make money? What makes money is what the players ask for and high demand and one of the highest demands is base items. Id buy a "Episode Base Items" of 1 each box for 150 DayBreak Cash. X 25 Episodes X 5 to have 5x Each is 18,750 X 1000 Players is 18 Million DayBreak Cash and that's 18million dollars in a week, and over time in a year for here and there 150 x amount of players adds up more. But does that profit after taxes? It can if it's a high demand thing and the more players buys. I don't have anything against the devs, just I wish they did give things a try.
Why not in a Time Capsule? Heck we already have little doll accessories, we got bubble gum, silly emblems, emotes, etc. It really just depends on our individual taste for if you find something silly or not. Also, sure some of them are reskins, but even without the reskins we still have multiple sword back styles already. And if you include the other weapon back styles, like hammers, spears, guns, axes, etc. we have probably have close to 20 different sword/weapon back styles already. It would be cool to get more, but it is also fun to get something different and unexpected every now and then. And of course, as you know and probably have said before, not every style is going to be for everyone. So hopefully the next one is something you love!
