To everyone that keeps threatening to quit.....

......Quit.

I've played a ton of different MMO's over the years, and you know what I did when I got bored with one, or there was changes I didn't like? I quite, plain and simple. I didn't come on the forums and make a big announcement, or whine about the reasons I was leaving looking for sympathy or pitty. I just told my friends I wouldn't be on anymore, and I uninstalled. And I also didn't troll the forums after telling people that still played that they were idiots and should leave to.

So please, quit. Quit so that those of us that enjoy the game can continue to do so, and can continue to use the forums for meaningful conversations/discussions.

Goodbye, hope I don't see you again.

when i quit smoking, i didn't write letters to phillip morris explaining why....i just quit. i wish these people would do the same.

There are "quit" threads everyday.

They never mean anything.

Most of em don't even quit anyway.

I don't care if this content is not uber enough for you.
I don't care if the latest mechanic change ruined your hopes and dreams.
I didn't watch your 15 minute youtube video gushing over your personal vision of the game.
I will welcome you back with open arms when you log back in after getting tired of the latest and greatest point and click hotbar, collect X amount of mushrooms, kill X amount of spiders, gear up with non customizable 50 shades of beige armor, hey look i just reached level 50... only 20 more until the real fun begins

Hmmm I never said I was quitting......

You know, if this could be applied to all the whining and complaining about this game as well, that would be great too!!

I signed in just to say man best Thread I have read in a long while to bad those that did quit will not read it because they did quit after all.

Now that I thought about it this is like intervention for those threatening to quit, like 1-800-get- help for people that threaten to quit instead now they can simply come hear and post it hopefully the dev's don't closed the thread because this could be for them to vent.

Thing is that the people who make "I quit" posts is more of a way for them to blow steam cause they are frustrated in a something which they enjoy.

So them writing about why they quit and how the game is dying etc its kinda their therapy

People who actually quit just don't bother writing posts

The problem is i don't want to quick, i like the idea of this game. But they way they messed with the combat is really throwing me off.

My favorite is people who quit the game, but still come to the forums to complain...

People are all entitled to their opinions. But, I agree, if you quit then quit. I don't want to scroll past your river of tears thread and I don't see how trolling on here bitter and distraught helps anything. I guarantee you will not get a personalized letter from SOE begging for you to come back and setting up a teleconference with you to get the specifics on how you would like to implement changes, especially since for most, their idea of change is "I want to hit harder now!" Oh, but do send me your stuff. I will use it well.

Generally I put anyone to creates a quitting thread on ignore.

However I did stop playing for a couple of days due to the PS4 login issues and was waiting for the time between GU36 and WM launch to be over.
