this sounds like a on-duty LFG, it still relys on someone to do the inviting.

IMO they need to allow us to pick our group comp before we ready up.

So say Im solo queuing into say Demon plan reg as a DPS.

I pick my role, then 2nd page comes up to select the roles of my team mates that will be picked / looked for to be put into the alert with me.

this will help those seeking a 1 1 1 1 group and those wanting all DPS. There would even be a 'random' option to get any role if you dont care.
