T'Larto not giving drops in the Oa Under Siege solo

This has been brought up multiple times in the new solo's Test thread with no response. Perhaps this is where we need to ask about this.

On Test, T'Larto used to offer a drop when you defeated him in the Oa Under Siege solo. However, once it hit Live that was no longer the case. Yet Mepps has said all solo bosses should be offering drops:

So, once again: what's the deal with T'Larto not giving drops in the Oa Under Siege solo anymore? Was this intentional or did an error in bringing the solo to Live accidentally take this away?

The devs ignored our feedback regarding the AWFUL Oa solo rewards before.
At least if each boss would drop anything it could certainly improve a bit. Wish they will fix it.

No one ignored feedback. The content is a mission. The mission gives you the reward. The bug was that he was dropping loot in the first place.
