    So, what is going on with these drop rates? Changeling catalysts just don't seem to be dropping for anyone in my circle. We're swimming in the other ones. Anyone else seem to be having such a lopsided drop rate?

    Just another thing from rnd rng to drop rate rng. But yeah, they should drop evenly in all content, except for elite as you don’t need them anymore.
