Short thread: The option of cancel,skip movies from solos,duos,alerts,raids.

Reward with exos after each instace or weekly,like marks.
Im full since almost day 1 of new DLC.i get only marks...
So yea reward with exos,just an idea.

There has been an official response that says NO and I agree with it. Why? Because among other things it simplifies speed feats a LOT.

Well maybe,but will not be 1st time when we get easy feats.

Learn marks,remmber poeple wasting millions(incase someone dont know or dont remmmber before you need to pay to learn marks+spend marks).
Legends,arena the 500 Moons and 250 Legends, now are reduced. and etc

No. Farm if you want exos. The game already caters to your impatience enough.

Solution ? atm 0..just dont wanna lose time waiting,listen,seeing a clip that i saw it many times.
And i dont say it becouse speedfeats.

1. No, Time is not precious. This game is a Time Sink. Your here to burn time.
2. No, You must farm your exo's or better yet pay someone else to farm them its good for the economy.

Maybe have a time allotment to each cut scene, and if the scene is skipped, the requisite amount of time is added to the instance timer.

I did Trigon's Prison for the first time the other day (I'm a little behind at the moment....) and got the Speed Feet, but I'm positive the timer on the scoreboard said 10:40. That's a 10 min speed feat isn't it? So I think you might be right.

I like this idea personally. Though it maybe feasible in a solo instance to do this, how would it work in a multi-player instance where everyone would have to press x to cancel within a given time frame would be tough to coordinate.
I guess giving the group leader the option to skip it all chatter would be to only way to implement that or perhaps a setting that allows you to skip cut scenes when you que up.

However, if you choose to do that, then you forfeit the ability to earn the speed feat in the instance would be a good trade off.

you're correct where that would be an issue. I guess if the group leader has the control to skip cut scenes or there is a setting to allow you to skip cut scenes then they wouldn't even come up to see.

sounds good. what about pugs? i like watching cutscenes that first time but seldom after. i'm with you just not sure how viable it is.

FF:ARR had cut-scene skipping.

You ended up most of the group waiting around twiddling their thumbs whilst the guy who had never run the instance before watched them. Obviously could lead to "skip the cut-scene noob! /kick" scenarios.

And what happens if you're in a raid and 7 people decide to skip the cutscene and 1 person doesn't? You'll just end up waiting for that person anyway.

Well isnt a mechanic or solution yet,that should not happen.
But the fact is im sick of movies i saw them many times.

And like i said is a prototipe idea, i dont want the exos i want the feat, want to get like marks of exos or something tolearn it and count for feat..The economy :3 ok mister Trump here is the solution.
So yea every instance ,weekly box can give us some marks of exobyte to learn for feat with out having them
