This is wonderful but unfortunately it won't help me until double Art xp. I am switching back to Tank from controller.


I have alot of 200 arts that are going Tank but I will not use them until I get 100% full credit back to 200 when consumed.



I would have spent a good amount of money on these once my Tank arts were back.

Amazing sale! I been wanting to get John Stewart he amazing for Hardlight. Sunstone Fortress base is a great investment for anybody who doesn't have it. Just remind me of running FOS 3 and destroying General Zod. I can finally get some Wolf Packs as well to finish up some of my new toons!

The Wolfpack token sale shouldn't happen until they fix art swapping. If they fix art swapping shortly after the sale people will be extremely upset. Any changes to Art swapping after this sale is going to piss a lot of people off. The sale isn't a good idea whatsoever. Art swapping is an exploit it gives the player 800% more damage out. I repeat do not do this sale you're asking for trouble

Art swapping benefits might players with channeling abilities, not the precision players. As a precision DPS, any swapping I have done in combat has done nothing to increase my output. In my villain league is one of the most skilled DPS players in the game who happens to be a precision player, and is so because it is that much more of a demanding playstyle, once you no longer enjoy playing from the tray alone. As much as I have attempted to swap, he has told me to stick with the build I roll in with and yet refusing to listen, I end up lacking in damage.

If you happen to be a might player, swapping might do some good. This is to say, until it is ruled out or addressed by the dev team themselves, I would refrain from saying it is an exploit. Also, exploits that you are aware of should be reported to the proper channels.

Is this an arbitrary number, where do you get the "800%" from, your own testing on the test server?

I am excited for the sale, this will be the first time I invest in Wolfpack token(s).

EG7 does not care about trouble from the current state of the game, much less art swapping... they need that money, they really really do they need that money. D'ink on the other hand "might" care enough to do their best but..........

Mercy swap alone is an easy 100% dmg out every 90sec and an additional 100% in another 30 seconds and takes roughly 3sec to 6sec to pull off. Mercy is an exploit extremely powerful at mid-range. It is the go-to artifact swap for precision it's very easy and simple to do. However you are right about might base channeling powers they get to freely swap artifacts without interruption. They don't carry the handicaps that Precision players do. Precision gets interrupted a lot more than my base does with empowered channeling might base does not have to worry about being interrupted while swapping. Mercy swap at the start of a boss fight if done correctly in 3 to 6sec is a fast 200% dmg out slap. And that's just one art being swapped each time you swap an art it's around 60 to 80% damage out most DPSS swap about 5 arts so you do the math. Yea that math is 600% but don't forget eye of Gemini which will get you to 800%

I have tried swapping mercy... It is NOT increasing precision DPS. I can assure you. It may shield your trinket pets so they don't get eliminated immediately, however, that time spent swapping you easily lose out on weapon damage. I know this through experience. The damage you gain from pulling out the trinket pets as a precision DPS with the hope that it hits enemies in range on summon can be counted as a loss once you stopped doing weapon mastery combos. You are better off swapping mercy before the door opens to the hallway adds and pulling out both the trinket pet and the henchmen, ignoring that summon damage. Then swap back to whatever you had on before the door opens. Precision players should aim to do any swapping during cutscenes and waiting for doors to open. Swapping in combat is a loss of damage. For the argument that precision is op, this is where might channeling can make up for the disparity by swapping during a channeled power. Not to mention, that skill, timing, and game knowledge make all the difference as to when to activate utility belts and supercharges.

I swear, the entitlement some of you spoiled people have is mind-boggling. Especially when you go full Karen with it, trying to convince that you're a valuable customer and will spend a BILLION dollars if they just give you the gift that you not only deserve but demand.

I don't know about you but swapping artifacts as precision. I have learned that whatever damage loss I would take from doing so I would gain more from the benefit of swapping Arts which are not clamped. For instance Elite Duo no artifact swap 5 minutes and 30 seconds or 3 artifact swaps 3min 40sec run. That's a huge exploit if I may say so myself. Swapping artifacts on a boss is legit op way more then the dmg lose from being in ur inventory all the time. due to the fact that artifacts are not clamped your base stats are like combat rating and skill points. With that said artifact swapping cancels the clamp entirely due to swapping artifacts which are not part of the clamp. So with that said artifact swaping is a massive exploit imagine a whole group doing this

All I can say is the guy I mentioned from my league, my league leader and founder, is not doing all that swapping, he just has the skill and the wherewithal to use his utility and supercharges properly, along with maximizing from all angles and aspects of the game, no swapping. Having the right build, allies, artifacts, sufficient skill points, and aforementioned knowledge, no one comes close to his damage. He even says, "If you gotta do all that swapping just to beat me, then more power to you, you win! I am not gonna be in my inventory, that's no fun to play that way."

There is more to DPS than art swapping... Are there cheesable artifacts? Yes. Do I need them or use them? No. Do others? Maybe. Do I care? No.

As I said, until it is addressed, I am not calling it an exploit. If you are aware of exploits, report them to Task Force X. By doing so you can better draw attention to the issues you present, while here in this thread, is about the summer sale. Which in fact, many are happy about and I do not blame them.

What will you or people complain about after that?

Art swapping is the least of your worries. That way of playing is optional and not need if you don’t want to do it.
Now if you’re making a comment cause your competitive in the game and can’t swap don’t do it. Find something else to do to optimize your weakness to get better.

Might base powers that are meta and swapping not needed:
-Munitions
-Nature
-Electric

Hmmm… if that to hard go precision.

Doesn’t matter what power you play or how good you are precision dps is meta.
You can play with precision with 1 hand with a blindfold on.

Hmm what about stat?

No worries, precision dps with no arts and low sp is still better than vast majority of might powersets in the game. (Cost no power to do weapon damage)
The troll give guaranteed free buff to you by 20% weapon damage and precision for 12sec just by giving you power without doing anything extra.

Your weapon buff for whatever power you are give an additional 33% weapon damage increase and precision for 20sec.
