Coming with DLC 11: "Non-field damage over time (DoT) effects with durations longer than five seconds have been shortened. Abilities that cause full damage instantly as well as applying a DoT effect have had their DoT damage reduced." Good job guys on letting the devs know because we all know the imbalances and numbers on DoT characters. The question now is how much of a decrease is it? And does this mean heat visión and freezing breath are raster?
