These upcoming powers are cool but for healers?

The devs know We as healers want a dps/healer hard light power. I'm sure SOE and DC can come up with something for the villains role if blue is the color for heroes.

Look, if hard light was available for every support role but yours, wouldn't you be upset? So imagine if there was no tank hard light power but the healers and controllers had one.

Please, please do something. Look I don't care if there's another hard light power for controllers or a tank role in the near or late future, just give the healers one.

Two things:

A) By "we" (We as healers...) you mean "yourself". I do realize that there are more people who want hope, but the entire healing community doesn't want to be a blue lantern healer. My apologizes if that isn't what you meant.
B) The devs stated that they had to clear up PS3 memory space to fit in these powers. The only reason they're in here is because they use existing animations and/or their animations have very little visual effects. I'm sure that if the PS3 is dropped (which is looking more likely as the years go on), that we may see Hope as a healing power.

To add another ring power into the game at this point feels a little overkill-ish. i see and understand your point but it just doesn't feel right to me to throw in yet another powerset like HL. On top of that if they did the fanboy/girls for the other ring powers would be in an uproar about putting in the rest of the power rings and it would be water/air all over again for the next 4 years

Yes please don't presume to talk for anybody but yourself. None of the healers I know in game have ever expressed any kind of desire to have a Lantern based Healer power. One of my close friends has, however, been wanting a Water Healer power for quite some time.

If you're referring to Light's ability to combo powers, there already is a healing power that does that.

If you're referring to another lantern power, I could refer you to a ton of information already on the forums that suggest that's just not possible.

Blue lantern healers would be cool. But that is just like, my opinion man.

As a healer this does not represent my view on the matter.

You wouldn't say that if you knew they could make a rage tank power and didn't based on the ps3's ram.

You do know this is ps3 graphics on the ps4? They just touched it up a bit.

They freed up some ram but I think these new powers are using assets and effects that they have left untouched plus some new grappling tech for Serums. So these powers are not 100% brand spanking new with tonnes of new animations, effects and such but are still something we haven't seen or seen much of.

I'm a healer, and I don't want another lantern power...especially a healer

I don't currently play any Lantern-based character, and I'm actually glad they decided to go a different direction. I know Lantern lovers want the trinity complete, but there are many more powerset possibilities worth exploring in the DC lore.

l, of coruse, understand, that some people are disappointed by not getting a thing, they want. But can we have little tolerance, & break from lantern powers for a while? Here's not Lantern Universe Online. & other great and shiny powers should get their way too. Finally, there are people, who waiting for Atomic powers almost 4 years, since game launch. While for Blue Powers people start waiting only when Rage came out, i.e. 1/2 years. That means - to the line plz.
l'm sure there will be more powers after next three & that means - more lanterns could get their way as well, who knows?

Until I see what? I never said anything about myself, I simply gave you my notes on the healers I know in game. I haven't had a healer main for quite some time.

Not everyone really wants to see another lantern power, well, I shouldn't say everyone, I should talk for myself. I enjoy the lantern DLCs a lot, one of my favorite DLCs in general is the all the lantern packs and after Amazon Fury. However, to me we already have enough lanterns running around the place. Rage & HL, to see hope wouldn't change things up a bit since it is a lantern power.

To me I think it's good that they didn't do it, it changes things up and makes things interesting. I was actually hoping for a water power myself because I'm a big fan of Avatar The Last Airbender and thought a water power would be cool to see in the game, sadly, we're not getting a water power.

Atomic sounds cool though and I'm quite excited for whenever that power comes out.
