This is less for recruitment and more just to say if people are looking for endgame players they click with, they're welcome to inquire about joining here, via forum PM, or in game. ThenRunLikeHell is one of the oldest surviving leagues in the game. While there is a healthy age spread, most of us are older professionals. We tend to be intermittently hardcore, going more balls out when content drops and doing the new feats before entering a "maintenance"/Test state between episodes/events (though some of our Villain members tend to spam content more regularly). Anyone can form runs for anything at any time and the leadership has the experience to know what a given group is capable of. The average SP of our core players is extremely high but when looking at applicants we care more about them being able to achieve a baseline level of skill, performance, and survivability on at least two roles regardless of their CR/SP/artifacts/etc (if a player wants to exclusively play a single role, our expectations are higher). We'll generally do a run or two with people to see if they're a good fit overall. Our biggest priority, however, is ensuring new players mesh well socially (basically just that there's no awkwardness or toxicity). We don't expect people to be on par with our best players but if people want to improve, we'll help them reach the level of skill/knowledge/performance/proficiency they're after in w/e role/power. We have absolutely zero tolerance for hacking/cheating/exploiting and any history thereof is disqualifier. We care about the integrity of the game & of the league, so be aware we do background checks on new members and if anything raises any flags we may ask for some additional information. We are a Hero league but players with Villain mains are also welcome to apply.
AV if we don’t set up some league mosh pit runs I’ll be so disappointed. I’d run whatever with y’all anytime just hmu. Little clarification though is it only a villain league?
Negative. It's a hero league but most of our planning, coordination, and outside-of-content socialization is done in Discord, so we don't mind having villains in as well / don't need to exclude them. Edit: Updated OP to better clarify that.
