Well, the benefit from this sale is from the Catalyst Packs, in my opinion; Constantine doesn't sell those. Also, if a player wasn't able to take advantage of the recent bonus source marks event and are low on source marks, this may be the only other option aside from grinding for source marks. The seals you can get from the Dr. Fate Vendor for Fate Tokens, so if they don't go on sale during the Winter Event then we may not see them go on sale until next year. We just had a double Artifact XP/Nth Metal Drop event a couple of weeks ago, so I don't expect for Nth metal to go on sale for awhile, either.
*Knock on wood* Nth Metal should be 50% off during Black Friday. And the real megaton bomb... Ally Favor should be 50% off during Cyber Monday. That's the big one since Ally Favor has never gone on sale outside of the Cyber Monday 2021 Sale. I really, really hope DCUO doesn't dissapoint. Some of us *cough, cough* have been w a i t i n g.
Understood; I think that the ally favor will go on sale before the nth metal does, but, it would be nice to have them both on sale at the same time. We can only hope..
Was really hoping for Deeds and Furniture Packs to be on sale, guess that's only an Xmas thing. Til then, my wallet lies in wait.
NGL, a part of me kinda misses that vampire bat accessory just awkwardly bobbing around like a balloon and just looking so goofy and hilarious. Any chance next year we could get an item that's similar but is actually a balloon? I think that could be fun and a bit of a self aware in-joke.
sorry if this was covered somewhere else but i dont really read the forums that often. anyway, since the vault has been gone and all the old vault loot was moved to an NPC vendor is there anything that can now drop in the seasonal vault that is unobtainable by any other means? Like event items or anything of that nature? Befor any passive aggressive replies are posted, I am a returning player this month from a 2 year break so im not up to speed on this info.
also, is it possible to purchase a character CR advance to save and use later on a toon that hasnt been created yet? Or are they not a token/savable item like like power change tokens?
I don’t think there is anything in the halloween vault that’s not obtainable anywhere else. But I could be wrong. And I think if you purchase the cr advance, in the log in screen, I think it goes directly on that character. I think. When we are gifted a free CR advance, that one remains dormant until you choose to use it on whatever character, when you want to.
Is still October 24, 2022, and no "THE WITCHING HOUR 2022" for the players of the Nintendo switch. I hope there a compensation for all the players DCUO for the Nintendo switch for the lack of this event
