WAT. I have run the vault dozens and dozens (hundreds?) of times with both of my toons and never, never, not even once got anything even remotely approaching anything close to anything useful, much less a t4 level ring or a high level focusing element. In fact, the most marks that have every dropped for me is...5. I am literally aghast at this, and I almost don't believe you. I get crap styles, a single mark, and that is about it when I do the vault. My jaw is on the floor. Just...wow.
The vault IMO should what it was intended for in the first place. An extra side thing you can do to get a chance to get something neat THAT DOES NOT affect things concerning progression in game. In other words, the special trinkets in there that turn you into an enemy is a good example of an item you can get for fun but doesn't really have any affect on the game. Putting styles there was a BIG mistake cause they are required for skill points yet everything is a chance so if your unlucky then that sucks trying to get that style feat.
I love reading vault rumors..... MoR do not drop in the vault. Otherwise they'd be selling a million vault tickets for people wanting to gear up even easier. It drops 1 MoT, 5 MoT, or 25 MoT. The orange gear is stuff that was somewhat recently taken out of the promethium lockboxes and added to the vault loot table. They still scale to your CR as far as I know so they might not be T4 when you get them. After doing the vault religiously for over 2.5 years I agree it's time for an update. They need one that scales to your CR, or stops dropping green styles we've all gotten 2 million times.
I just want the trinkets. Or the things that change your movement mode. But the only thing that's dropped is the flight pack on my flight character... The trinkets are so rare but I want them so bad
I run two alts and two mains through the Vault every morning before I leave for work. If your level is above 30, there is a chance of up to $15 per box (3 coins) or any of the other styles. I've also gotten via the Vault the Kryptonite chunk that gives you Phantom Zone powers. I admit I would love different other discontinued or other goodies that might be helpful.
Well I run the the Vault once everyday with my 2 main toons and it has happened to me all I can say. Don't misunderstand and think I got it all dropped in one vault visit. Most of these items were dropped weeks maybe even a month apart in between each other. 97% of the time I get crap as well but then on one random day I would get a T4 ring then days or weeks would pass and I would get one soda extreme. Another week or so later I got another T4 ring. And the Focusing Element IV happened only once and has never happened again. And MoT most of the time its 1 mark but then sometimes on random days its a case of 25. And as for the MoR thing....mine is no rumor. Shortly after I turned T5 with my two main toons within the first week I got drop 1 MoR 3 times in one week on both of them. Not each but one toon got dropped one twice and the other got dropped once. I myself was shocked and thought it was a T5 thing after you turned T5 you get MoR in the Vault instead of MoT, but since then it hasn't happened again. So I dont know ...chalk it up to what you will.....luck or just pure rare randomness but it did happen to me.
I chalk it up to you thinking you got one in the vault because one might have been in your inventory from a PLB or something. You would be the first and only person this has happened to and I'm sure we would have seen something about it in the patch notes if they added MoR to the vault. Just think of the amount of vault tickets they would sell, they would definitely announce that.
