The PVP Revamp Proposal

    Agree with all the things proposed. They really need to fix PVP it is like taking half of the game away.


    Toughness seems useless but the reason why devs had it in the first place was that it would make it easier to scale incoming damage.

    If you are suggesting that we only have defense stat, then that would mean enemies in PvE (NPCs) would do the same damage as Real Player Enemies.

    In a real case scenario, damage done by Black Manta would be a lot more than the damage done by another DCUO player. Hence the defense stats are much higher than toughness and should stay the same.

    I mean, ok, but why use a niche stat, instead of adjusting the one we are all used to?

    I’m not really sure how toughness is confusing. The more toughness you have the more damage you reduce from players hitting you simple.
