But since having been gone so long been tough catching equilibrium some times on best ways to go about things. Would like guild who could help get me pointed in right directions more than just carries.

*About yourself: Live on US Southeast Coast. Trying DCUO again after an extended leave (had a tough time comprehending UI/Combat mechanics and eventually gave up on it). Been actively playing MMO's since 2004 - First one was City of Heroes/City of Villains. Have played Age of Conan, Lord of the Rings Online, EvE Online, Star Trek Online, DCUO and Star Wars The Old Republic.
*What are you looking for in a league and why? I'm looking for a league that assists players with game mechanics/tougher leveling missions as well as maximize their role potential. Especially looking for a league with a DEDICATED and active "lowbie night" for lower-CR players. A mix in level ranges would be great -- I understand that DCUO is five years old and the majority of the player base is at max level, but being in a league and still doing stuff solo defeats the purpose of being in a league in the first place. I'm a PvE player and absolutely would help other league members with their missions/CR once I'm in a position to do so.

I have settled on a few- Atomic, Celestial and Munitions seem to suit me best. I usually play more during Fall and Winter as I live in the PNW and it rains... a lot... otherwise I ride a bike for a living. 420, 23, Law of Fives, etc. Hail Eris.
