Decided to revisit Tommy Arashikage, AKA Storm Shadow, as I finally figured out how to make an approximation of his classic sleeveless Cobra Ninja Outfit:



Unfortunately, that Chest Style doesn't display Emblems, so no Cobra Emblem for him.

And remember, kids, Storm Shadow doesn't need sleeves 'cuz his karate's so hot!
