You might want to try to put the Cybernetic Eye on him, it covers the left eye instead of the right.

You can get this item by completing the Deathstroke's Contract briefing.

You would have to use a material to make it look good though...

Another suggestion, for the boots you can try Checkmate Informant, Clown Prince or Armored Detective

I'll check out that Cybernetic Eye, depending on how it looks, it might match up better with the new Classified figure, which has a more high-tech look as well.
