if ur talking about legend PVP then yes it is stupid, but u can take out ur gears while playing legend PVP so they dont break
They've already said that it doesn't break gear when you hit the cog. It's been disproven many times. Keep in mind that gear breaks whenever you did, it's not hitting the cog that triggers it.
Screw it. When I'm playing against people who talk trash beforehand, I like to feel like I'm breaking their gear. *Cough carbon crayon *cough
It doesn't break gear EDIT: Just read this: The gear simply breaks because it was damaged during the fight. It's got nothing to do with tying down.
On a more productive note, why does any gear you have equipped still get broken in legends as we all know it doesnt help. So simply fighting in legends cost money in repairs. Money grab much DEVS????
Don't see how it is a cash grab. Prob a bug, since legends does not provide enough revune as PvE content it is ignored. This bug has been here for how long?. Yea.
Bug, cash grab, oversight whatever you want to title it the point still stands....why is it still present?
For the same reason there are still a massive number of bugs, an overall lack of balance in the powers, weapons, classes, legends characters etc: poor development choices.
