what could we do to help US the players? more style's, based on heroes and villians... stop nerfing weapons and powers.... more armor drops from pro boxes instead of soda after soda. the ratio of armor drops to soda's, really? rings from pro boxes... two months and still no rings ? there is so much more they could do to make this game amazing and kick start it back into the best game of the year, instead they've lost so many player's to other games, huh.... why is that? we know... what would DC be without US
It's kinda true. They listen, and "fix" things that really aren't broken, but things some people might find annoying, but are not broken. The things that are truly broken, or things the devs break in patches don't get fixed. Go figure. Oh, and they sure didn't listen when they put those stupid pvp mechanics in pve.
some people i've recently turned onto the game, are already like this game is crap. and they're big fan's of DC. they've been playing for about two month's and waiting for ring drop's from the pro boxes and it's sad i convinced them to go legendary. it does't make the game interesting, it makes it frustrating
I had a Tank ring come from a Promethium box a few days ago :/ Really all I want from those boxes is Noble Warrior head piece but I can never seem to get that lucky.
You can please some of the people some of the time... blah blah blah, you should know the rest of the saying. My point being that the devs do indeed listen to us, but they can only meet our demands so quickly. Devs are people too, ya know. =)
Got a ring drop a week ago. The devs listen alright, just most forget the devs like to change stuff that we didnt ask for initially. Kind of like - Be careful what you wish for mentality. Cant have one without the other it seems. Take lobbies for example - pvpers want this.. the devs say it will split queues, but they are failing to take into account the competitive pvpers are not queueing to fight pugs over and over unless they want to be fools about it, they are already syncing queues.... if I was to bet, when they decide to put in lobbies they might do something stupid like limit teams to only 1 healer only and not the current fav of running 2 healers Why they do this, who knows but it is bad for business to run off people before they begin and annoy loyal members.
I think the devs listen a lot. I have no problem with anything overall. U are right neg vote always had its place.
they think of stupid things to put in the game instead of content that would make a difference. agreed, they fix stuff that has nothing wrong with it, and ignore the rest. what's up? give US not "U.S"something to """"WOW""""" about. again!!
lol... yep, they're human. that don't listen... how many players have complained about the pro boxes? to many, yet nothings done. so you go figure.
coincidentally, i see more people use capitols for abbreviations without periods as opposed to redundantly "italicizing" the subject where it is iterated with no other subjects occupying the sentence.
Not all complaints are valid though. If they listened to every single complaint, and adjusted the game accordingly, we'd all have everything we ever wanted the moment we walked into the game and that's just ludicrus. The devs don't also have to adhere to all our complaints. They'll cater to the ones they think genuinely need changing or fixing. Obviously, there are still broken things that go through the cracks, but sometimes the needed stuff gets accidently filtered out with all the garbage.
First, they're not pvp mechanics. They're combat mechanics. Second, they were always present in pve, they just weren't as prevalent as they are now.
I used periods this time to differentiate the two. I can't help it if some people can't figure out that capitalizing the word, us, was emphasizing the us in his sentence, and not the shortened version of USA. Why the capital letters U, and S, offend anyone is beyond me.
*smacks head* Don't start that again. Yes, they existed, mostly on the manhunters, but a few random trash, but them putting the "match" or "pvp" mechanics on so many NPCs was not because they were "fixing" it, but because they were trying to make the game time "last" longer. This was a deliberate attempt to extend game time. Case in point, why did they change the weapon of choice for certain NPCs? Those NPCs didn't have the "PvP" mechanics installed, they gave them that. Like the Red Tornados using dual pistols. It is a buggy system that should never have been "fixed" to begin with. Example is the Operations with bosses that contain this mechanic and can not be punished while using a power. They also cheat, like they feint a block and stay blocking.
