    General Notes
    • Adjusted the base skill point grant on PC Test to 350 (Up from 250)
    PC Test Vendor
    • Added Solar Coins to the PC Test vendor
    • Added CR328 Vendor Gear to the PC Test vendor
    Episode 39: Long Live the Legion
    Open World: 31st Century New Earth
    • Validus has been scaled down by about 20%.
    • Validus should be a little bit easier to beat (he has a little less health).
    • Polish to the behaviors related to the turrets and Lightning Lad in the Validus fight.
    • Eye of Ekron's health has been reduced, which should help make the Validus World Boss fight to be more beatable.
    • Emerald Eye of Ekron's behaviors have been refined in the Validus fight.
    • Patched an issue where sometimes when the Legionnaires were supposed to be freed of mind-control during the Validus fight, one or two wouldn't be freed.
    • Disabuse Your Illusion Part 1 and Part 2" feats now correctly refer to Illusory Starfire, Illusory Robin, etc.
    • Lightning Logjam" and "Cosmic Commotion" feats should no longer grant the same title.
    • Students getting a shield from Legion Academy supplies now say the right lines.
    • Contribution requirements for Validus fight have been tuned because there are more objectives granting contribution.
    • During the Controlled Cosmic Boy fight, players should be better protected while standing behind the vehicles that have been smashed onto the ground but shouldn't be immune from the Eye of Ekron's attack while standing on top of them.
    • Adding safeguards to fix potential issues caused Validus fight spawns, if players are standing on top of the fountain.
    • The Titans should behave better when helping to fight the World Bosses.
    Legion: HQ Orientation
    • Metal Construct Spawners and Adds they create have a defensive buff now that can be removed by controllers.
    • Decreased time it takes for the Metal Construct spawners to be KO'd in Normal and Elite.
    • Metal Constructs pull AOE can grab one of the rigid objects in his room and destroy it shortly after, in Normal and Elite.
    • Reduced the amount of Swirling Metal spheres in the Elite Evil Cosmic Boy fight.
    • Swirling Metal Spheres now move around the room in Elite mode.
    • There is an additional Metal Sphere that spawns in Normal mode.
    • Increased health and DPS for Evil Cosmic boy in Normal and Elite
    • Increased Health and DPS of the Metal Construct boss for Normal and Elite.
    • Increased damage of Evil Cosmic Boy's Metal Sphere attack
    Legion: Convergence of Unmaking
    • (Elite and Normal) Health Pools and Damage have been adjusted.
    • Eye of Ekron abilities now adjust damage based on region difficulty.
    • Trigon's ranged "Primary Attack" is now named "Mystic Fireball".
    • Trigon's Mystic Fireball no longer targets the furthest player.
    • (Elite) Mordru's Abyssal Impulse has been adjusted slightly.
    • Mordru should now leap less.
    • Fixed an issue where Headlines for the Raid were not completed properly.
    • Shadow Tentacles no longer have a ranged attack.
    • (Elite) Shadow Tentacles are now more deadly.
    • Fixed an issue where Shadow Tentacles could spawn before the Shadow of Trigon fight starts.
    Artifacts
    • Grimbor's Chains now suppresses enemy attacks for the first 2 seconds after triggering Grimbor's Binds.
    Weapons
    • Elite Emerald Weapons now grant a passive that has a chance to increase the wielder's primary stat. Allies using these weapons nearby increases the buff amount.
    Loot
    • Quintile Crystal Shards now have a chance to drop upon defeating open world bosses in 31st Century Metropolis.
