• Fixed passive proc abilities triggering before unlocking at Rank 80.

EARTH 3
Missions

• Removed Reflective Shield from bounty version of Owlman.
• The icon on speedster cyclone victims will no longer disappear when you finish freeing civilians tied to dynamite.

2 Player
Earth 3: The Visitor

• Hooked up some missing weapon trail FX from the STAR Labs and Lexcorp NPCs in Smallville.
• The "Enter Encounter" teleporters will now stay open during each boss fight in the Event version of the Duo.
• The closing cinematic in Lex Tower is now optional, and can be triggered after Alexander Luthor is defeated, but doesn't have to be.
• The heal barrels now respawn more frequently in the Event version of the duo.
• Superman, Lex Luthor, and Alexander Luthor should no longer engage the final boss until players do.

8 Player
Earth 3: The Panopticon

• Improvements made to the cinematic with Ultraman.
• Ridealongs will now enter the boss fights if you leave them behind.
• Rage is now prevented from crashing when Encased by Ultraman.

4 Player
Injustice System

• Improvements made to the cinematic.
• Made sure that Citizen Bomb phase mid screen messaging played first over other mid screen messaging that transpires near the same time frame.
• Added bulletin messaging for the Citizen Bomb phase.
• SWAT Drones will now engage the countdown timer when they are attacked, not only when a player enters their line of sight.

Feats

• Replaced the 'Hard Knocks' feat in The Visitor with a new feat entitled 'To Drone or Not to Drone'.
• Feats associated with the Earth 3: Injustice System Lobby now complete after the Lobby fight concludes.
• Feats associated with the Earth 3: Injustice System Courtroom now complete after the Courtroom fight concludes.

Loot

• Purple dropped gear from Normal and Elite modes now uses the Johnny Quick style.
• Updated the quality of the Alt Luthor Bling helmet to orange from purple.
• Fixed Style names for Alt Owlman and Alt Johnny Quick Helmets.
• Updated the Vendor with Soder Colas that can be used by all levels in the Event Mode version.

Base Items

• Reduced the size of the Panopticon Wire base items to fit in more areas inside the base.
