    Power Costs
    • Shifted some power generation from weapon attacks to passive power generation.
    • Reduced the cost of abilities across the board and rebalanced damage and healing output

    General Combat
    • Fixed an issue where Dominance was contributing too much value to heals
    • Fixed an issue that could sometimes cause tanks to take extra damage immediately after ending block

    Electricity
    • Repulse - Added a delay time to the visual effects to match the animation timing
    • Attract – No longer cancels other crowd control effects (with the exception of Levitate)
    • Ionic Drain - Reduced cooldown to account for cast time

    Ice
    • Inescapable Storm – No longer cancels other crowd control effects (with the exception of Levitate)
    • Bitter Winds - Fixed Bitter Winds hitting for an extra tick of damage
    • Frost Blast - Reduced cooldown to account for cast time
    • Avalanche - Reduced cooldown to account for cast time
    • Glacier Flash - Reduced cooldown to account for cast time

    Mental
    • Telekinetic Push – Damage from the Dazed power interaction has been updated
    • Terror Tendrils – Should now properly apply the Terror power interaction
    • Telekinetic Pull –
    o No longer cancels other crowd control effects (with the exception of Levitate)
    o Cooldown has been reduced
    • Terrorize - Reduced cooldown to account for cast time

    Items
    • Ring Compartment Trinket damage has been reduced

    UI
    • Fixed an issue in the Stats page where trait counts could become too long and overlap
    • Like x 4
