The following would probably justify the four amenity limit:
Defensive turret amenity(Actually attacks until destroyed when you're being attacked in your own lair during PvP instances. Comes in wall, floor and ceiling varieties)
Electric floor panel amenity(Shocks/stuns enemies that walk/land on the obvious metal panel.)
Fire grate amenity(Ignites/damages enemies that walk/land on the obvious metal grate)
Acid valve amenity(De-buffs defense/damages enemies that walk/land on the obvious floor valves)
Security Drone amenity(Floating robot drones that defend your base during PvP)
Security Guard amenity(Basically Adds that you don't have to summon that are always present in your base, avilible models either obtained like other amenities or come with a "Home security DLC" in whatever them lair(Lairs) you have available.

As for some lair themes, I know that is a bit off topic but here goes...
Space station lair.(Windows show earth from space)
Monster lair(Looks organic and icky, all f leash and bone... Like you've been eaten)
Gingerbread lair(Looks like the inside of a gingerbread house.)
Candy lair(Looks like its made out of candy)
Volcano lair(Looks like it was built inside an active volcano, with active lava flows being visible in the walls/ceiling)
Underwater lair(Looks like the tech lair but with underwater scenes visible through the windows.)
Atlantian lair(Similar to the underwater lair, but atlantian architecture inside.)
Warehouse lair.(Big main room with catwalks around the outside and one across the middle, and a small side room.)
Greenhouse lair(Reskin of warehouse lair, dirt floor alot more windows.)

You should sell sets of base items in a package in the marketplace for whatever cost is reasonable. So we can get all of the styles of that or individual base items in a drop down menu in the marketplace to choose ones we dont have.

How about the bar area where all the drink bottles are in the Shady nightclub instance, the Lex Luthor painting in family, hangman's gallows for villians

posters of games (SOE games should be possible, right? I'd make them super-rare as an easter egg )

loudspeakers (for the home-cinema)

glass coffee table (haven't seen one, something luxury)
candles to put on walls
more items of the classic theme (so we can build a mansion-like lair)
unicorn statue
griffin statue
sphinx statue (I don't know if there is one...)
shower (a toilet is not enough, right?)
some roomdivider with bars (to imprison your friends in your base)

I'll second the vote for vehicles! I want a garage in the bottom of my cave. Partial cars being worked on. Full cars on show. etc. Then I'd like to do another base as if it was a secret aircraft hangar at the top of a skyscraper.

More tech themed items. I have a Tech lair but no equipment you'd expect to see in it.

I want windows! Windows with a view. View now depends where you put your base.

There should be a closest/dresser that would enable the player to save a suit style and be able to choose from a few saved suits to use. For the style, not for changing actual equipped armor. (This would be awesome too if equipped armor changed with the style)

Please a vehicle would be nice. Id also like to have a monster hiding behind a wall or a pet running around or something. See-through flooring and maybe escalators that would be cool.

I wanna see something like Trophies or a trophy room of some sort where there are shelves that you are able to place trophies from in the game that would be rare to get. For Example, villains can get a replica of the Mantle of Nabu, Aquaman's Trident, Green Arrows bow... etc, while Heroes can have trophies like Deathstroke's bandolier, Heatwaves tank, Jokers card, Harleys mallet and etc.
