    I've just checked, the good news is that i was right it exists, the bad news is that is a base item from Valentine event so....you'll have to wait for it.

    Confetti rain - ceiling.

    I got Confetti Aura and it's awesome. It would be great if I could put confetti falling from the ceiling in my base.
    Like rain base item, but with confetti instead of water.
