This is a cool new consumable that drops in Homecoming event. It offers Critical buffs than the standard other Seasonal consumables that offer Health, Healing and Damage buffs. However the other consumables from the vendor aren't dropping only the pretzels I've found. Nor anything else from Homecoming except the occasional new collection. Plus it drops at very uncommon rates. I've run five toons on Homecoming event since Thursday but I've only gotten six of these pretzels so far. What gives? Anyways, anyone else had a chance to sample these tasty pretzels?
It doesn't say anything about being just for homecoming....plus, homecoming is 'clamped', so the idea of having a buff just for it seems kind of silly. I'd say they are good everywhere...unless they vanish the day after the event ends.
You can use them in any content minus LPVE and PVP I think as long as you can equip them into your Utility Belt or consumable slot.
Have to login to read it but I think it does Critical damage and Critical Heals I'm not sure how much that compares to whichever Soders? It's a Seasonal consumable so it will stack with everything not the Omega Compound I believe.
Would have been cool to have a base item similar to Zamaron Love Crystal (from Valentine's Day Event) that gives you a chance (when opening the daily shards, not always guarenteed) of getting such a consumable daily. Maybe next year ^-^
I ran several toons through the seasonal and run other content and I think I have gotten since the event started like 7 of these pretzels, that's it wish it dropped more or you could buy them from the vendor.
Hasn't there always been some form of critical buff consumable that drops during seasonal which is unobtainable through the vendor?
add one of those to every other seasonal missing it that offers cookies, I'm looking at you, spring & summer
the difference is, this one doesn't vanish in 1 hour like the others. it stays in your inv until you use it
No, these ones are different. They're critical ability bonuses and they stack with the other event cookies - they're effectively the same as the red ambrosia from Wonderverse.
