    Heyho,
    Can anyone tell me what we can earn from the Mod Quarks Caps?
    If im a Muni Char i can chose from ALL mods incl Headmods ir get a random mod from all posible mods?

    You will get 2 random mods that you can chose from out of the existing TC mods, relevant to the powerset you open the mod capsule on.

    Just to add you also have a chance of getting a mod for your movement mode skill too.

    Sounds like the best way to advance is still to use the broker then. Unless you are Water. All of the mods seem much cheaper after the revamp.

    Most of the water-mods have gone down quite a lot in price aswell, atleast last time I checked. Some of the best mods for certain powersets, not just water, are still kind of expensive but not as expensive as before the revamp like you mentioned.
