Will commented saying this: I've been thinking the same thing. I haven't ran a T2 raid since 1990. Why don't the devs give players some incentive to play old content? Also, it's quite boring taking out Lex and the Tyrant for the umpteenth time.
Coz a lot of players have already been there and thrashed it before. New players may not have, but if they want those style feats, they'll need to. If they are choosing not to run them but want their style feats, that's their own problem. I'd much rather the devs focus on new content, making sure it's great.
It doesn't take much effort to add more marks and difficulty to the raid, just some tweaking. With new content, they have to forge new ideas and apply creation.
I have not read original thread, but I'm not sure how you could scale anything without making major changes. If you have a group of 99+, but have an one 84CR not sure it would work since if it was based on a curve it would potentially be like walking someone into DOX. I also would also prefer they just work on newest content. Those raids are there for people to gear up and are quite fine where they are for them. You can still have fun in them too if you have all the drops you need. You can walk in and run them like duos or alerts, make an alt and go thru them (what I just did & it was very fun to learn a new role and power) or go in MAX geared and help lower levels out.
