Naturally Spider-man is the first hero to come to mind but there are DC heroes who travel using whips and lines to swing. Like:

Nightwing

IMO, DCUO needs to make two variants from acrobat.

1. Vines, cables, wires etc & cannot access the jet assist
2. Jet assist with better control that does not stick to everything & has no access to cables.
