Swearing during Brothers in Arms alert op

Posting on the forum for the first time...

I was running Brothers in Arms a couple of days ago and during a quiet moment near the pen where Green Arrow's 'freedom fighters' are being held, I am certain I heard a female NPC say something like "you think you can hold us against our will? Well f*ck you!".

I asked in group chat if anyone else heard it but no one replied.

Has anyone else heard this?

I've never heard that one,....but now I want to. I mean,....isn't that somebody breaking their own rule on the whole ERSB.org thing and not being able to swear???

I heard that one and a few other places swear words were used. Can't recall where.

Yeah I have heard that. T is for teen. And teens swear...often...

DCUO has provided the option in your settings to toggle profanity. By default it is turned on. This prevents players from seeing words their mommies don't want them saying themselves, as well as NPCs from saying stuff like " I hope the Justice League kicks your @$$!"

However for mature adults who do use profanity you can turn this function off and listen to their French all you want. The ESRB rating does state that this game does have violence, suggestive themes and mild language. No rules are broken here in fact they are followed via this profanity filter feature.

When doing Nexus on hero-side, I think Future Lex says something in the opening Cut-Scene, that sounds like "You are P*RN!"

And I like now Jesse in the Knightsdome duo and Guy in the ST-alert say "You Piece of!" without finishing what they wanted to say.

Is this for real? I can't imagine an npc would use the F word in this game. I really don't see DC being ok with that.

LOL does anyone remember Supergirl's original Legends banter ?

Makes sense. A PG-13 movie allows the use of the F word as long as it's only once or twice.
