I had to reinstall Windows 10 after some problems updating Windows 10. I tried accessing DCUO (located on D ) drive. I suspect it maybe Overwolf. Symptom is unable to access DCUO directory. No other game directory (World of Warcraft, Star Trek Online) is having this problem. I also suspect the launcher is (very) vulnerable. When I used to launch DCUO it would sometimes double launch the DCGAME.exe. Other symptoms include HP Deskjet 5200 showing up in Network Neighborhood with only MAC address, but no IP address (in Network Neighborhood). Other symptoms it would not let me Update Windows 10. It seems to be trying to trick me into editing the security settings.
Create a Support Ticket on the daybreak website. They'll be able to assist more. If you have Overwolf, I would just uninstall that. Its bloatware and unusable to anyone.
"Its bloatware and unusable to anyone." It has some useful features, unfortunately I haven't been able to replace. But I can't have a beachhead for Trojan attacks either.
run ccleaner and see if it will clean up any malware you are carrying to just start your trouble shooting process
