Suggestions for Hard Light DPS and Troll?

    Nobody uses the tetra artifact? If your health is up there, wouldn’t the percentage buff in might be a huge boost?

    With all the new artifacts the tetra is just outclassed. If you know your burn is the lowest of the group than taking it is a nice way to buff the other dps but other than that it’s not the best option now.
