    Antimoniter seemd to be who DC points at. But he has been weakened. In the New 52 they all seem to put Darkseid at the top. But they haven't really brought the Antimoniter in yet.

    Nekron.

    He trapped the Anit-Monitor, killed Guardians, made several heroes his play things (including Superman, Wonder Woman, and "Batman"), can't technically die, and can have an army spanning the universe who also can't be killed.

    Even in the end of Blackest Night he technically wasn't killed, but rather banished.

    I think the results of his efforts also resulted in more Hero deaths than other crossover events - aside from Crisis on Infinite Earths, because I don't think anything reaches that scale of death and destruction.
