Hi there I just wanted to say that Strategist Card Artifact doesn't do damage over time with some might powers, for example Handclap from Hard Light.
Strategist card should be working for all abilities. What's more, I've updated the ability so all combat log entries should fall under "Tactical Advantage" and better display in combat parsers. I've also adjusted the Might damage proc to be closer in line with the precision proc. This should go to PC Test later today.
