The lag that mental causes from switching to stealth and back isn't the only stealth lag there is gadget also stealth lags not only does it stealth lag, multiple emps cuase frame drop as well. 2 gadgets emp spam plus stealth is also a frame drop Should check any other powers that use stealth as well.
