    Fair enough. If overcharge is lowered that would be nice. I am ok as long as there are two of them. Thank you.

    I am not sure what type of damage overcharge does....I am assuming if it can be changed it will do about the same as tesla blast since it would have the same pic and power cost and it would be nice if it was not single target.

    Since it is being used on the Dot side it could be made whereafter x number of dots the target explodes. I would rather the power have a cone effect. Single target powers do not work so well and often get left out and are almost completely unused. A nice cone application of the overcharge then a 2 hit to explode either by weapon, power, or dot would be a nice change i think.

    Bug Report: With no PI, Voltaic Bolt's dot is doing the same exact damage every single time. With PI, VB's dot behaves normally and has a range of damage.

    Facts single targets are a RARITY DEVS.. might as well buff all single targets for appeal.. Besides 35%, single target moves are primarily useless.. AOE will always be KING in everyones loadouts. lol

    Okay OVERCHARGE as a AOE for electrified because Shockwave is polarized now....good idea but how you gonna make it AoE compared to Shockwave? how about just make it SPLASH DAMAGE ON INITIAL CAST for AOE CONE for PI for electrified enenemies cause seriously if you gonna use it for electrified side it's gotta be on par with Shockwave to clip with weapon....or let ATTRACT be AOE electrified cone PI.....

    Static Push (SC Generator), Arc Lightning, Voltaic Bolt, Electrocute, Electrostatic Bomb, Megavolt (Supercharge)

    Spec: (Might VIII and Health/Power VIII Mods)
    20% Crit Attack Chance
    40% Crit Attack Damage
    24061 Power (w/ 119 Skill Points in the Power Stat Innate)
    9118 Might
    8976 Precision

    Allow me to first apologize I dont have the Combat Log reports like I had in the last post I made (forgot to transfer the logs to my Stream PC). I do have the Log breakdown in the video at the time stamp: 38:26 where I compared the damage done from this run and the previous run last week before the new update. A disclaimer on that is the Damage out from the other DPS are MUCH lower than what was given last week so i did more damage this time I think because of that. I will say the Scoreboard numbers were much more close together than last week.

    So this loadout was my best playthrough last week with a Hybrid DoT loadout so I wanted to see how it did with the new changes to Voltiac Bolt, E. Bomb and Megavolt. Overall, I spammed E. Bomb. I didnt mean to, i didnt even want to. Its a High Power Cost ability with a 3 second cooldown so sure enough my brain and fingers went to using it a lot more than I should have. The loadout still worked but the fluidness of VB and E. Bomb caused a bit of headache due to their low new low Cooldowns I felt like I wanted to spam them and certainly did.

    Ability Breakdown:
    - Static Push: Cooldown reduced, AWESOME. Supercharge Regen lowered, EXPECTED. Still works great and just has to get better with the timing since the PI lasts for 12 secs. I typically dont like to spam the PI abilities off of cooldown but it does help make sure the PI is on the target(s) and not have to wait for for the PI to be refreshed when its close to their Duration. Another thing is the Range of Static Push which I feel I was failing at in the run. I typically DPS at Max Range but this ability doesnt seem to reach that range and I'll need to move to Mid-Range to make sure it is effective. I am in no way asking for the range to be increased, this was just a fault on me and where I was standing. If its increased then yay, if it stays the same, even yay'er. Its a widespread cone so the range of it should be small like it is. Now about the the cone. Because of habit from wanting to jump cancel. I tend to jump and face away causing the animation of the move to shoot AWAY from the boss which seems like the PI isnt hitting any targets since the move itself isnt hitting targets. Justa heads upon that really, dont jump and look away folks. it sucks.

    - Arc Lightning: No changes because why right? Bounces to targets damaging enemies and giving them the Electrified PI and heals the caster and one ally.

    - Voltaic Bolt: So with it being a 3 Sec Cooldown made me want to use it all the time, more than I should/wanted to. Its DoT duration is still at 12 secs,1 tick per second. Now if you do cast VB a second time, the DoTs are reset so it begins a new cycle of DoTs. Now the good thing for this is the radius of the initial burst is small so if you cast it and not all the enemies get it, you can cast it again to get the DoT on to that target. Its a smart change and I hope the Refresher crowd likes it. My downside to it is I like to keep the full DoT duration continue since the Instant damage was lowered and the DoT damage increased. It'll take player control (urges really) to use VB every time off of cooldown where its not needed. I think a 6 second cooldown would be better. That 12 CD to 3 CD was REALLY drastic lol but hey, thats Testing for ya :D

    - Electrocute: No changes done to this behemoth. I rather used it more for the 12 second timers. The Cooldown is still 12 secs so when E. Cute has about 2 secs left of CD, I know to recast VB and/or reapply my PIs if I havent done so.

    - Electrostatic Bomb: I spammed it. High Power Cost Spam and I know I gave my Controller a headache with how much I blew through my Power and for that, I apologize. I mean, it was effective sure lol and I thank for using such a thing in my Hybrid playstyle to have my weapon help with Power Back.

    - Megavolt: Cooldown lowered was a nice improvement. Even with the less SC Gen lowered, I still hit this SC about the same number of times as last week.

    So my rotation didnt change although like i said, spamming E. Bomb was my mistake and a costly one in my eyes and I should have better control over it lol. I didnt think anything bad until I saw the Combat Log numbers. The biggest sadness was from Megavolt. The damage produced was lacking compared to last week and I know the damage was changed with the lowering of the cooldown which this was indeed my fear. I rather have its damage brought back up with the cooldown back to 30 secs than this. Which in turn may have the SC Gens go back to the way THEY worked before too. Ugh. As of now, Megavolt I wont be using and Ill be seeing how Circuit Breaker handles.

    YES!! ELECTRIFIED PI need the increase.. DOTS wont compete... I think currently after PI its like a 10% increase which barely noticeable.

    In the future I would love to see a mod in the future which increases the number of bounces arc lightning does... ;)

    Soo is this just going to be number adjustments rather than ability adjustments?

    It shouldn't need a mod to do that... Giving it more bounces now is beneficial to the overall power set. (For Healing I mean)

    He is referring to the damage done by the ability, not increasing the PI effective btw. Increasing one PI will have to increase all of the other PIs and you'll still be in the same boat really.

    How about having 3 or 4 powers that heal and do damage while in healer stance. Or even giving a pi in healer stance to do both

    There's no reason for a PI applicator for healing, it would be too overpowering for damage being done that doesnt call for it.

    Trex i was asking interactions as in how on live enemies electrified are hit by electroburst and you can recieve hots as well as dots in healer. I have always like how electric powers interacted with each other but wasnt a big fan of biosurge and bio cap. I prefered keeping 5he safety net over the sudden larger group heal on

    Right I know but again, it'll be overpowering and not balanced along side other Healers. Now if the Golden Soul Auras were still here, then I would agree. I even expect Nature's interaction to be gone too but for that we'll have to wait and see.
