Up-Votes Needed Static's Punch in TTe, Sometimes not Counting Even When Blocked

Something my raid group and I experienced, after the server shutdown this morning, was that even when the tank (myself) blocked for Static's Punch (in the first boss fight of TTe) it would still go off and one shot the group.

It happened about 3 times in raid and I did not experience a stun or juggle when the attack went off. I was blocking with no issue and blocked enough in advance, to see it still kill the group.

Needless to say we ended up disbanding since it was too much of an issue to circumvent.

I'd appreciate if the development team would look into this, to see if something isnt working as intended, behind the scenes.
