Several times I have spotted him and not recieved credit. When I notice this I immediately go and find him again and get credit the second time. I emailed support and they said that everything is working as intended. So has anyone else had this issue? Sometimes the game even states that I spotted him and I still don't get creit for him while other times I get the credit with no message.
Try to stay by him entire time until his animation finishes. Stay right up on him if need be. This is what I always done and got credit every single time.
