Spike Quake is not affecting a moving/flying/jumping target in arena PvP. I have not thoroughly checked in PvE. SQ is a 360 degree AoE attack around the target. It should be damaging and inflicting Dazing on an enemy. I have a couple video's that confirm this. I have messaged Spord and Tunso to see if they are aware and already working on a fix. I've also contacted a few other Light players to double check and confirm that this isn't just happening to me. I believe this is related to a hit box issue. Here are the videos

Will do. I'm planning on investigating CH anyways. It's not supposed to so we'd need to report that as well. You are referring to arena's right? It'd still give power in open world PvP phase. By chance did you notice if SQ's hit box was working properly.
Thank you. I'll double check that myself this evening. I don't think I saw that but I mostly use SQ for PvP armories so I may have overlooked it.
Double checked myself and I'm honestly saddened to say I overlooked this. I took the last month or so off of PvP. Mostly just so I could focus on Feats during that time that I'd normally do it. I haven't needed feats or gear for a long time....... Both SQ and CH on live are providing power refund. I'm adding that to the message to Spord and Tunso. It's my understanding that all Power Refund/Regen was supposed to be removed in GU 56. Edited to include - I checked the patch notes. It states power regen was removed. Most powers used this. I would imagine that to be in line Light would need to lose its power refund mechanic in Arena PvP. It's likely oversight.
