    If you can't see anything, there is no gear that is sold for Source Marks that would be an upgrade for you.

    I hope you realise your mistake. Bonus "source marks" events are ALWAYS instance only... Which is always stated too. Bonus dlc currency - x2, x3 - is for all missions (instanced and open world). It's been this way for a while now.
