  1. Conduit New Player

    I have a friend who's in Canada and he cannot load up the DC Launcher, the Webpage, not even the SOE Support page, but everything else from YouTube to Facebook works fine.

    Has anyone have any experience with this? I would definitely like a Mod/GM to reply to this because he cannot fill out a Support ticket.

    sounds like some restriction on his network or firewall that is blocking certain us sites is he getting an error?

    No error, just "Cannot load webpage" or something like that.

    have him try to hit the eu link i posted above if he can hit that theres some region restrictions, face book email servers and all that rout differently for different countries

    It worked, but turns out it was just a computer update that LITERALLY just showed up on his computer. No worries, and thanks for you help.
