Sorcery Might buff

Sorcery is the only healer power that doesn't have a might/prec or even resto buff.

I think sorcery should get a might buff at least for the dps side for those who don't use the pet pm. Hopefully a self buff like the one that fire haves.

Anyways if u guys think that it shouldn't please let me know the why and thanks.

Sorcery dsnt need a might/prec or resto buff. It already has weapon of destiny & red/gold soul aura.

I'm asking for a might buff sense we are the only healer/dps power that doesn't have one. RSA is not really much of a boost either. Idk if u have ever been sorcery and tested those things out but they need a fix.

LOL, Sorcery is already at the top of the food chain with Rage! No need for any buffs there!

Sorcery needs to get their buffs fix or get a might buff atleast and no sorcery is not the top power but u have to fight alot for that top area so if u dont know how to use it. I've been sorcery for almost 4 years and right now sorcery is good but they didnt finish the revamp as we expected they would. Its exactly what happen to fire.

A might buff would be awesome though because who doesnt want their power being op.

If you are not top dps or at least in heated fight for top dps all the time you are using it wrong...probably stuck in the precision fever using a might based power with a might based weapon...as it stands now unless you have 20 or more sp than me good luck trying to keep up with me

That's far from being true... Like seriously.. Intimidation, Menace & Warped Reality are all weapon enhancers with no buffs. Try again.

Sorc does need some type of buff. I've been sorc for 2 years and I'm watching what happened years ago happen to it again it used to be able to really compete but it got nerfed because it was deemed too OP. Now the same thing has happened to it again. Sorc was competing with rage HL celest gadgets, and nature then WM nerfed it's dmg but we found workarounds that still don't deal enough dmg to compete. Sorc doesn't hit hard enough anymore to be top. And before I get the idiot's response of "sorc is top 3 dps powers," you don't dps against good people so be quite. Top powers go rage, earth, gadgets, nature, electric, HL, ice, sorc, fire, mental, quantum, celest. If you talk to anyone I've dpsed against you would know I know how to dps, but sorc is not able to compete as well as it used to be able to. Sorc and fire need some form of a better buff to deal dmg, and I also wouldn't be against HL hitting harder as well.

You obviously don't know how to use sorc if you think it's not a top damage dealer. Using HB WM into explosive shot I hit crits @ 10-20k on a regular basis, and using escalating might I hit transmutation crits in the 6k+ range. That's not to mention what my circle on the ground is doing as a DoT or the tiny dot that my soul well has (basically negligible, but gotta count it). I've hit 3 mil in 10 minutes several times. The only ones to beat me on this are people with more SP, period. Regardless of power. And usually those people are rage.

I would tell you my stats, but it doesn't matter, we have a census now. Look me up if you really want to know. USPC.

Sorc, in the right hands, is easily a top dps, hands down. Just because your hands are the right ones doesn't warrant a buff to the power. Lets just stop changing powers I love DCUO so, unless it's buffs to the truly weak powers like quantum. Enough things have been screwed with and all it's done is disrupt the balance of the game.

lol to this rankings... fact is sourc has changed because of The Max Dmg Mod... it effects powers differently ... so with that being said... i can not 100% guarantee my accuracy on my statement ... but Sourcery Needs no buff for a million reasons ... but i'll give 3

1)It's already a capable DPS powerset.
Unlike a lot of powers Sorcery hasn't been nerfed as much as you think... my fav powerset Mental's obviosly been nerfed way more yet i still do pretty good with it...

2) its not its turn to get inspected.
- it may seem unfair but i do not expect the power sets that we're "balanced" before WM was installed into the game to work precisely inline with the others. Now this could be positive/ negative but DC's obviosuly has some order in which they'd like to address this so for skipping right to sorcery would hardly be exceptable especially b4 they touch up MENTAL.

3) If you do not feel it is doing adequate dmg or whatevery be a power jumper and leap to what ever power has the lowest learning-curver with the simplest "cookie-cutter" loadout only to see people still out dmg you.... at one time or another everyone gets out dmg believe it or not ... it doesn't mean your doing poorly or your power sucks, it simply means you may need to tweak a few things...

It was also made apparent in the post where they compared all powers with "Awesome Mechanic" against "WM" and found that Sorcery was second highest DPS next to Rage with AM and was also second highest with WM just below Nature. So clearly, based upon the devs own data collection with T6 bosses, Sorcery is the second highest DPS. So if you're having problems competing, don't blame the powerset.
