Sorcery dps cant keep up.

Sorcery dps cant keep up with quantum and rage. So i suggest to just put the Vengeance Soul aura back for sorcery. Removing this was a big mistake. Pls devs put it back sorcery was much stronger in the old days. U made me weak.

In pvp? Crits are capped so it wouldn't make a difference, right?

Pretty sure Sorcery is one of the more powerful power in PvE, and a solid power in PvP.

Rage? Even at 108 cr i was hanging with the best 114 cr rage dps i know. Sorc is a very viable dps powerset atm. Not sure what the op is using as a loadout or rotation. Right now id put sorc behind quantum and celestial for sure and slightly behind ice nature and gadgets.

this is a pvp thread ... stop replying with pve related content ... sorc dps is weak in pvp compared to others ...same as fire dps etc...
sorc heal is strong though and u could argue its balanced that way like fire.

Actually its an underrated power as a dps in PvP. Mid tier is where Sorc should be considered you are good at countering and know when to use Transmute, Shard, and Vengance. Ideally 2v2 is where it shines, but I know a few who dont rely on CoD in 4's and 5's.
It's very powerful in healing though. Sorc and Nature trump everything else in healing PvP

Oh yeah. WoD and 2H is a monster. Add Trans and watch them numbers fly.

For starters, the OP mention "it can't keep up with Quantum or Rage", since Quantum can't keep up with jack in PvP I went off the assumption he is talking about PvP and PvE.

If you want to just win PvP matches based on overpowered mechanics, you can switch to nature for that.

Yeah that celest thing is so annoying in hands of less then honest players in this game. One dude was killing 3 of us by himself while he was basically full health whole time.

Then we just started leaving matches against them when they started doing their combos and emotes at the same time. The bubble was burst.

It was legends for most of the night after that.

No offense, but that's fluff damage giving you those numbers. What you're really getting the damage from is your weapon mastery, especially that home run.

DoTs got nerfed so that their duration is reduced to 5 sec or if they are a field DoT their damage is reduced to do the same as if it was 5 sec. Most DoTs are 12 sec, so the nerf to 5 sec results in them only doing 41.67% their normal damage. Soul Well has an even longer duration, so it was nerfed even more than other DoTs.

I'm seeing it hit for as low as 3 in there, so I doubt it is much of a help.

in pve its one of the top dps powers if you know how in pvp its very good as well

I'm just hoping for power back AM. If sorc gets power back then it will definitely be on par with quantum and rage.

I'm just really, really confused why people keep bringing up Quantum DPS as one of these top powers. It might be doing good in PvE but it's just horrible in PvP.

Lol, I don't know. I don't play PvP.

Why would i be offended? Most of my damage comes from my weapon because i'm precision modded. I know its fluff i just put soul well on for laughs there's nothing else to put in its place.
