Somebody please explain this

To use the line from "Philadelphia", "Explain it to me as if I am a 6 year old".
While in LFG I am seeing folks who are looking for whatever role for an instance,....yet when I offer up my character for assistance, I'm either rejected or completely passed over. I'm seeing the following,...
    1. CR of 108 for T-6 instances
    2. CR of 105 for AnB, ST, MR, TD, or even Dox.
    3. CR of 100 or more for T-1 to T-4 instances.
Aside from Survival Mode where folks are asking for CR 107 - 108,...which is understandable on some levels,....where do characters of mine that are CR 105 and 125 SP fit in?? I'm either told I'm not qualified or not worthy enough to get in on a T-6 situation such as ICW or one of the raids, and TD are being dominated by OP folks and I get booted because of somebody's ego.

Yeah....I have a few gripes about the player community in general and how folks treat others,...and it's bringing my overall urge to go on playing.
Oh,...as far as the 125 SP,....yeah,...there are several feats I need to knock out. Sometimes I get the whole "you're a noob for not getting that feat" treatment which is really frying my nerves.

I feel you Chud. I'm near the state of giving up on the game because of the toxicity of the community myself. :(

I agree. The elitism and hate that was festering in the community has multiplied exponentially with the advent of the apps.

People are making absolutely ridiculous requirements for running content, and the apps only cater to them. Why can't we see the stats on how many times a character has been placed on 'ignore' or has initiated a 'vote to kick'? Then, at least, we could try to form groups of only friendly players as a balance to the hatred of the elitists.

This is why I randomly queued for most tier 6 content. I've joined a few LFG shouts, but I prefer to random queue. The attitudes of most random queue players are astoundingly refreshing. They're playing to have fun instead of acting like they're the best thing to hit the game since Superman. You will occasionally meet the arrogant players through random queue, but it's much less often than through LFG.

Makes you wonder why the advice "form your own group" abounds on the forums. Most of the problems I've run into were due to groups formed by me or others.

i pug alot and anyone within the cr requirement that shouts i grab. its first come first serve in my groups. yes it might take a few minutes longer, but these ppl need content experience and gear too.

For one thing I am agreeing with you. However,...there's that whole "mob mentality" that goes on with a group. There will be that insistence to remove the weakest one in favor of a more stronger one. That has been the idea of how groups should be handled over the last few DLC packs.

Although....and I do find this funny,....I've seen those who are 107 - 108,....higher SP than mine....and they're getting knocked out quicker than I am with 105 CR and 125 SP. So to all those OP elitists....just remember....some of us weaker ones are the ones saving you and your group.

Yeah its very sad... When I run on my alts I'll usually run with my league or friends. Funny is that some of these 108cr they are grouping up with will be worse than a 100cr player

Just my opinion but, it sounds like you need to join an active league that helps one another. I can understand the CR requirement for Survival Mode but, as long as you have the CR to enter the content, you should be good to go. Being part if a league that focuses on teamwork and helping fellow leaguemates with stratagies, loadouts, ect., can make all the difference and take the frustration of the "you're not good enough" attitude out of the game experience.

Whatever side you are on, I'll gladly run with you :) if you're on PS, I can't. :(

I understand that they are playing their way, I am human and I do have a thought how the requirements can be out of this world to me, not having a certain feat doesn't make you anymore or any less of a player. What Seth said is true, when you ready up for something, not a lot of people seem to care what your CR nor SP is. It does suck how the community can be, thankfully not everyone is like that though.

If you want to see a "clean" LFG without requirements and without someone asks you "CR?" I suggest playing in the villains faction, I have done T4, T5, T6 for a long time without see any player asking me CR.

Op 105 cr is really high, i used to finish HOP content at 100 cr when release (and even beat in score 106 players sometimes which groups used to make fun of those players), also over 120 sp is more than enough to fill 2 weapon mastery and all critical innates, i have no idea how someone could refuse to invite you to HOP raids or alerts, i may understand this with sm in a pug group, are you from pc or ps server? villain side are not as picky as hero side, due low population you have to pick whatever you see or waste time looking for geared players, this community is not the best, but sometimes is better try to find a friendly but skilled league to run content, good luck in your journey, try to enjoy the game.

Horse-hockey. I've ran TD with a 101 CR earth DPS,...before WM and no problems getting through. Granted I wasn't top DPS but I didn't feel as if I was carried. Move along Elitist,....move along.

    11*7 + 1 (movement) + 17 + 18 = 113 SP.
    11*7 + 7 (movement + innates) + 17 + 18 = 119

    Why do you need 130?

I'm guessing he's part of one of those brainwashed OP elitists who thinks they know everything about MMOs and how to play the other person's character.

I'm talking about the amount of SP to fill two weapons and all crits for DPS
